Pearlan -- thanks. I joined at Pnosis' recommendation. I'm not sure how I feel about him -- he's got that really goofy picture. But Y'all seem really interesting. I am a singer and a hypnotist, so I am eagar to experience your work.
Well...as I said....my belly dancing days were a looooooooooooooong time ago! I was belly dancing in the days when folks still confused that with "exotic dancing" and thought it meant I was a stripper. lol.
Marty was in the band at the place I was dancing and that's how we met! He was on 6 international belly dance albums wth George Abdo and the Flames of Araby orchestra. you can now get the Best of George Abdo and enjoy Marty's snaky oboe playing . It is on Smithsonian Folkways. GREAT music!
I can feel the energy of this Four Tuned project! I am eager to learn more about what you are doing and what you have planned for this site....or is this just where all the coolest hypnotists hang out? :--)
Hey, Pearlan....THANK YOU SO MUCH for truly being a part of the way cool Global Community Labyrinth Project, home base in Shelburne Falls, MA. web home at www.shelburnefallslabyrinth.com
We will be doing a big push to sell more Legacy Stones that will be permanent part of the final installation. Great gifts for the holidays, weddings, special occasions..or just to say thank you to someone.
As part of raising awareness for this project, I will be doing workshops and teleconferences/teleclasses so that folks can learn more , have fun, and hopefully choose to participate in the project by purchasing a stone or even a bench for nearby , under the large maples there.
What is especially exciting for me, Pearlan, is that you GET this!!!!
Ya know.....once upon a time....in a galaxy far far away (i.e. cambridge)....I was a belly dancer. (yes, really). And I have to say that your photos look like you are belly dancing!!!!! Some folks have all the moves.....:--)
